Reviews & reputation
Get reviewed after every job.
Count and recency decide the Maps Pack, and reviews are the last thing a customer reads before calling. We make asking automatic instead of something you remember on a good week.

What’s included
A review request by text after every job
A campaign back through past customers
A reply drafted for every review, good and bad
Velocity tracked against your top three competitors
Requests routed to the listing that needs them
Reviews are the one ranking factor your crew controls
Two numbers decide it: how many reviews you have, and how recently they arrived. A business with 300 reviews and none this quarter loses to one with 90 and a steady drip.
Most local businesses have earned far more reviews than they have. The jobs went well; nobody asked. The backlog is the cheapest reviews you will ever get.
Asking is fine. Paying is not — incentives get reviews stripped and profiles filtered. Everything we build is a request, sent to a real customer, at the moment they are happiest.
How we run Reviews & Reputation
Four pillars. Skip one and the rest stall.
Pillar 1
The ask, after every job
Automatic, immediate, and one tap for the customer.
A text within minutes of the job being marked done
A direct link straight to the review box, no searching
Follow-up once, then stop
Wording tuned per service and crew
Requests never sent to a customer twice
Pillar 2
The backlog campaign
The reviews you already earned and never asked for.
One pass through your past customer list
Segmented so recent jobs go first
Sent in batches so the velocity looks natural
The same one-tap link
A referral ask for the services people only buy once
Pillar 3
Replies, good and bad
Every review answered, because Google and buyers both read them.
A reply drafted within 24 hours
Negative reviews answered without arguing
A process for getting genuinely fake reviews removed
Service names worked into replies naturally
Escalation to you before anything contentious posts
Pillar 4
Benchmarking
You against the three businesses taking your calls.
Review count and rating versus your top three
New reviews per month, side by side
Rating trend so a slide is caught early
Which competitor is gaining and how fast
Reported monthly with the rest of your numbers

How this is priced
Start with a sprint. Keep what works.
A fixed-price sprint gets it built and working, with a defined start, end and deliverable. Ongoing management keeps it moving after that — month to month, cancel any time. No long-term contract either way.
Sprint · one-time

Frequently asked questions
Can you get bad reviews removed?
Only the ones that break Google’s rules — a competitor, a person who was never a customer, or content that violates policy. A genuine unhappy customer stays up, and gets a good reply instead.
Is it against the rules to ask?
No. Asking every customer is explicitly allowed. Offering a discount, a gift card or anything else in exchange is not, and it gets the reviews stripped.
Can I ask customers from another location or state?
Not for a listing they never bought from. A review has to come from someone who hired you at that location, or the profile risks being filtered.
What if we get a bad one?
You reply, publicly and calmly, and you keep collecting. A 4.7 with 200 reviews outperforms a suspicious 5.0 with 12.
What does it cost?
Quoted from the audit as a fixed-price sprint, then a monthly cadence.
