Database reactivation
The cheapest jobs you will book this year.
They already hired you once. One campaign back through your customer list turns a spreadsheet you forgot about into booked work — and into the referrals that a one-off service depends on.

What’s included
Your list cleaned, deduplicated and segmented
A text campaign written for each segment
A referral ask where repeat work is unlikely
Replies handled and booked
Opt-outs and compliance handled properly
You are sitting on the warmest list you will ever buy
Every business has one: past customers in a CRM, an invoicing tool, or a phone. They know you, they paid you once, and no one has contacted them since.
Reactivation costs almost nothing per booking because you are not buying attention. You already earned it. It is usually the fastest revenue in the first sprint.
For work people buy once, the ask changes. You are not asking them to buy again — you are asking who else they know, at a moment when they remember the job went well.
How we run Database Reactivation
Four pillars. Skip one and the rest stall.
Pillar 1
The list
Cleaned before a single message goes out.
Pulled from CRM, invoicing, email or a phone export
Deduplicated, with dead numbers removed
Segmented by service, recency and value
Landlines and mobiles separated
Anyone who opted out removed first
Pillar 2
The message
Written per segment, not blasted at everyone.
Short, plain, and clearly from you
A seasonal reason to send it, not a random ping
A referral ask where repeat work is unlikely
One clear action: reply or tap to call
Sent in batches so replies stay answerable
Pillar 3
The follow-through
A campaign only works if the replies get handled.
Replies answered fast, by a human or the receptionist
Bookings taken straight into the calendar
Interested-but-not-now moved to a later touch
Review requests to the happy ones
Every outcome logged against the number
Pillar 4
Doing it legally
The part that gets businesses fined.
Consent checked before anything sends
Opt-out on the first message and honoured instantly
Sending inside legal hours only
Registered sending numbers, not a personal phone
A record of who was contacted and when
Full transparency
What you see from the campaign
One report a month, in plain language, measured in booked jobs rather than impressions.

How this is priced
Start with a sprint. Keep what works.
A fixed-price sprint gets it built and working, with a defined start, end and deliverable. Ongoing management keeps it moving after that — month to month, cancel any time. No long-term contract either way.

Frequently asked questions
Is texting past customers legal?
With consent, yes, and an existing customer relationship usually provides it. We check consent, put an opt-out on the first message, send inside legal hours, and keep the record. Where consent is unclear, that segment does not get texted.
What if my list is a mess?
That is normal. A spreadsheet, an invoicing export and a phone contacts list are enough to start. Cleaning it is part of the work.
Will it annoy people?
Not if the reason is real and the ask is small. One message, a genuine seasonal reason, an easy opt-out. The complaints come from monthly blasts with nothing to say.
Does this work for a one-off service?
Yes, but as a referral campaign rather than a repeat-purchase one. Someone who cleared a garage last spring is not buying again soon — they do know three neighbours who should.
What does it cost?
A fixed-price campaign sprint plus messaging costs. Usually the fastest-returning thing in the first sprint.
