AI search · GEO
Get cited when AI answers the question.
Customers now ask ChatGPT and Google’s AI who to call before they ever see a list of ten blue links. Being the business the answer names is a different job from ranking, and it is winnable early.

What’s included
Answer-first pages built to be quoted
The questions your customers actually ask, sourced
Structured data so machines read the business correctly
Crawler access checked for the AI bots that matter
Citations tracked across the answer engines
The answer replaced the list
Ask an AI assistant for a roofer in your suburb and you get a short answer naming two or three businesses, with sources. The customer calls one of them. Nobody scrolls.
Answer engines quote pages that state a specific fact plainly, near the top, with something behind it. Long marketing preambles get skipped in favour of whoever answered the question first.
This is where a local business can still get ahead cheaply. Most competitors have not touched it, and the pages that earn citations also happen to be the pages that rank.
How we run AI Search (GEO)
Four pillars. Skip one and the rest stall.
Pillar 1
Answer-first content
Written to be quoted, not to be admired.
The direct answer in the first two sentences
One question per page, stated as the customer asks it
Specific local numbers, ranges and timelines
Sources cited so the claim can be checked
Updated when the underlying facts move
Pillar 2
Questions worth owning
Sourced from what people really type and say.
People Also Ask and autocomplete harvesting
The questions your phone actually gets
Cost, timing and “how do I know if” questions first
Suburb-specific versions where they differ
Gap analysis against who is being cited today
Pillar 3
Machine-readable business
Structured data so the entity is unambiguous.
LocalBusiness and Service schema
FAQ and HowTo markup where it fits
Consistent name, address and phone in the markup
Review and rating markup where eligible
Validated, not just added
Pillar 4
Access & tracking
You cannot be cited by a crawler you blocked.
robots.txt checked for the AI crawlers that matter
Server-rendered content the bots can actually read
An llms.txt where it helps
Citation tracking across the major assistants
Reported monthly beside your other channels
Full transparency
What you see each month
One report a month, in plain language, measured in booked jobs rather than impressions.
Citations

Crawler access

How this is priced
Start with a sprint. Keep what works.
A fixed-price sprint gets it built and working, with a defined start, end and deliverable. Ongoing management keeps it moving after that — month to month, cancel any time. No long-term contract either way.
Sprint · one-time
First answers sprint
The initial set of answer-first pages, plus the technical work to be readable.

Frequently asked questions
Is this different from SEO?
It overlaps but it is not the same. SEO wins a position in a list. GEO wins a mention inside a generated answer, which depends on being quotable and specific rather than merely well-ranked.
Can you guarantee a citation?
No, and nobody can. Answer engines change weekly. What we can do is make the site the most quotable option for the questions that matter and track what happens.
Does it help my normal rankings?
Usually yes. Answer-first pages with real specifics tend to earn ordinary rankings too, because they are the pages that actually answer the search.
How long before it shows?
Faster than Maps Pack positions in most markets, because so few local competitors are doing it. The audit gives a realistic read for your niche.
What does it cost?
Quoted from the audit as a fixed-price sprint.
