Google Business Profile

Own the listing that gets the click.

Your profile is what a customer sees before your website — the rating, the photos, the hours, the call button. Managed every week, not set up once and forgotten.

What’s included
  • Category and attribute optimization
  • Service areas and hours set for reach
  • Weekly posts and geo-tagged job photos
  • Q&A seeded and monitored
  • Edit monitoring, suspension and reinstatement

Your profile is the storefront. Your website is the back office.

On a phone, the profile is the whole decision. Name, stars, photos, hours, call button — most customers never reach your website at all.

Google picks which profile to show on relevance, distance and prominence. Categories and services drive relevance. Reviews and consistency drive prominence. Both are yours to control.

A profile set up once goes stale. Hours drift, categories go unused, and the competitor posting photos every week quietly takes the top slot. We run it as a channel, not a checkbox.

How we run Google Business Profile

Four pillars. Skip one and the rest stall.

Pillar 1

Categories & services

Relevance is decided here, and most profiles get it wrong on the first field.

    • Primary category chosen on what actually converts
    • Secondary categories added without diluting relevance
    • Every service listed with its own description
    • Attributes matched to how customers filter
    • Products added where the category supports them
Pillar 2

Service areas & hours

Reach and accuracy — the two things a wrong setting quietly costs you.

    • Service areas set to the suburbs you actually serve
    • Special hours for holidays, storms and shutdowns
    • Opening date, description and booking links
    • NAP matched against every other listing you own
    • Multi-location structure where it applies
Pillar 3

Photos, posts & Q&A

The signals that show Google and a customer that the business is alive.

    • Geo-tagged job photos from the crew
    • Weekly posts: offers, updates, jobs finished
    • Q&A seeded with the questions customers actually ask
    • An owner reply on every question
    • Cover, logo and profile imagery kept current
Pillar 4

Monitoring & defence

Profiles get edited, suspended and cloned. Someone has to be watching.

    • Edit monitoring so competitors can’t change your listing
    • Suspension watch and reinstatement appeals
    • Duplicate listing removal
    • Reporting fake competitors inside your radius
    • Insights reviewed and reported monthly

How this is priced

Start with a sprint. Keep what works.

A fixed-price sprint gets it built and working, with a defined start, end and deliverable. Ongoing management keeps it moving after that — month to month, cancel any time. No long-term contract either way.

Sprint · one-time

Cleanup sprint

The one-time repair: categories, duplicates, NAP, everything the audit flagged.

  • Categories, services and attributes rebuilt
  • Duplicates removed, NAP corrected everywhere
  • Suspensions resolved and reinstated

Ongoing · monthly

Ongoing profile management

A profile left alone goes stale in weeks, and competitors post every week.

  • Weekly posts and job photos
  • Q&A monitored and answered
  • Edit and suspension monitoring

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a physical address?

You do not need a storefront customers visit. A service-area business can hide its address, but Google requires the business to make in-person contact with customers and operate from a real location. Online-only businesses are not eligible.

Can you fix a suspended profile?

Usually. Suspension is almost always an address problem, a category problem, or too many edits at once. We find the cause, fix it, then file the appeal with evidence attached.

Who owns the profile?

You do. We work as a manager on your account, never as the owner. Leave and you keep everything, including the reviews.

How often do you post?

Weekly, plus job photos whenever your crew sends them in. Posts expire, so cadence matters more than polish.

What does it cost?

Quoted from the audit as a fixed-price sprint, scoped to the state your profile is in. You see the exact number on the walkthrough call.
