This policy explains what FoundOnline collects when you use foundonline.pro, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are

What you give us
When you request an audit or book a call: your business name, website, name, phone, email, the competitors you name, and what you tell us you want to grow. If you use the chat on this site or call the number, we keep a record of that conversation.
What is collected automatically
Pages you visit, how you arrived, how long you stay, what you click, your approximate location from your IP address, and your device and browser.
Session recording
We use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors move through this site — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and navigation — and to build heatmaps from it. We use it to find what is confusing or broken. Clarity masks text you type into form fields by default, and it does not see anything outside this site.
Tools that receive data
Google Analytics (usage measurement) · Microsoft Clarity (recordings and heatmaps) · Google Fonts (typefaces) · Cal.com (booking) · Netlify (hosting and the audit form) · a third-party chat widget. Each has its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To answer your request, prepare the audit you asked for, contact you about it, and understand which parts of the site work. That is all.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond the tools above.
Cookies and how to block them
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies. You can block or delete them in your browser. Google’s opt-out add-on is at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep it
Microsoft keeps Clarity recordings for 30 days. Analytics data is kept for the period configured in Google Analytics. Anything you send us by form or email is kept while we are in contact, and until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Email hello@foundonline.pro to ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
