Voice AI
Coverage, not headcount.
Every call answered on the first ring — nights, weekends, and while the crew is on a job. It knows your services, prices the common questions, books the appointment, and texts you the details.

“Hi, do you clear out garages? And roughly what does that run?”
“We do. A single-garage clear-out usually starts around $500. I have Thursday morning or Friday afternoon — which suits?”
“Thursday works.”

A desk phone covered in sticky notes reading call hold 5 min, 100 leads to call today, leads cold over 2 hrs, missing call insights, no 24/7 coverage, beside the FoundOnline logo
The hidden cost
It is not a staffing problem. It is a coverage problem.
You already paid to make that phone ring — the ranking, the ad click, the review that convinced them. Then it rings while you are under a sink, on a roof, or asleep. Most callers do not leave a voicemail and do not ring back. They call the next listing, and nothing in any report will ever show you that call.
Three panels: missed calls from Sarah M. and Natalie P., an overnight coverage summary showing 24/7 voice coverage and 10+ outcomes queued by 9 a.m., and an after-hours panel showing lead calls after dinner and a website visitor converting at 11 p.m.

One platform
Two ways to put it to work.
Run it on your own phone line, or resell it under your own brand. Same agent, same CRM sync, different seat.
FoundOnline for Businesses: answer every call, follow every lead, book every meeting without adding headcount, beside a campaign list showing reached and booked counts
FoundOnline for Agencies: missed-call handling and appointment booking synced two-way with GoHighLevel, beside a dashboard showing calls handled, appointments booked and new leads
One layer. Every conversation. Full control.
From the first ring to the calendar invite — and every step you want to change along the way.
Two panels: every call gets picked up, showing a missed call turning into an answered call handled by the AI agent, and follow-up without the fatigue, showing live campaigns with meetings booked and warm replies
Launches from your CRM
Trigger calls, sync contacts and keep the workflow moving without anyone re-keying a thing.
Qualified appointments
Calendar-ready bookings with the name, address and job written down — not a voicemail to decode.
Your website starts talking
A visitor asks a question, gets an answer, and books before the tab closes.
Change it by talking to it
Update the script, the routing or the answers in plain English. Changes go live in seconds, no developer.
Scenarios
Pick a scenario. Start calling.
A scenario is a template for a job the agent does — confirming appointments, following up on a quote, reviving a list that went quiet. Start from one, then tune the script to your business.
A library of outbound call scenarios: event attendance confirmation, market engagement, recruitment outreach, sales closer scheduler, custom multi-topic scheduler, event follow-up, qualification scheduler, strategic sales scheduler and standard scheduler
Voices
The right voice for every customer.
Pick a voice, set the script, start answering. Tone and pace are set per agent, and you can open a new market without re-recording anything. 16+ languages and natural accents.
For agencies
Onboard a client in 15 seconds. Edit by voice.
Drop in a website. It reads the site, learns the services and builds the agent. After that, changing the script is a sentence, not a support ticket.
Auto onboarding: enter a website URL and the agent reads the website, learns services and FAQs, builds the client agent and is client-ready in 15 seconds
Voice copilot: the instruction make my agent more polite updates the script, saves it, and takes the client agent live in seconds
How this is priced
A setup fee, then a monthly. Both.
Voice AI is not a one-off build. The setup fee covers configuring it on your services, prices, and call handling, and testing it before it answers anything. The monthly covers the platform it runs on, the call minutes, and keeping it accurate as your business changes. It needs both for as long as it is answering your phone — month to month, no long-term contract.

Frequently asked questions
What is a voice agent, and how does it work?
It is software that answers your phone and holds a spoken conversation. It listens, works out what the caller wants, answers from what you have told it about your services and prices, and then does something — books the job into your calendar, takes the details, or passes the call to you. The caller just rings your number as usual.
How is this different from an answering service?
An answering service takes a message. This takes the booking. A human service also costs per call and works set hours; this answers every call at once, at 2am and during a rush, and writes the outcome straight into your CRM and calendar.
Will it sound robotic?
It sounds like a person on a phone line, with natural pauses, and it can be interrupted mid-sentence the way a person can. You pick the voice and set the tone. Call it on (713) 528-8210 and judge it yourself rather than taking our word for it.
Will my customers know it is not a person?
Some will, and it matters far less than being answered. The alternative is a voicemail most callers will not leave. It never claims to be a specific person, and it hands off to you when a human is genuinely needed.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward it, or forward only the calls you miss. Nothing about how customers reach you changes, and you can turn the forwarding off whenever you want.
What happens if it does not know the answer?
It is bounded to what you have given it and told to escalate rather than guess. Every call is transcribed, so anything it fumbles gets corrected in the configuration that week.
Does it answer on my website too, or only the phone?
Both. The same agent sits on your website and answers typed or spoken questions there, so a visitor at 11pm gets an answer and books instead of leaving. It is the same script and the same calendar behind it.
Which businesses is this a fit for?
Trades and local services where a missed call is a lost job and the work happens away from a desk — roofing, plumbing, HVAC, junk removal, auto repair, dental and medical practices. If the phone rings while you are on a roof or under a sink, it fits.
Can it take a payment or card details?
No. It books and captures details. Card numbers are never collected on the call.
Does it replace my office staff?
No, and we would not sell it that way. Most businesses run it as overflow and after-hours, so the office keeps the calls it can take and nothing rings out at 7pm or on a Sunday.
Who sets it up and keeps it accurate?
We do. You give us your services, your prices, and how you want calls handled; we build it, test it against real questions, and update it when your prices or service areas change. You are not learning another tool.
How long until it is live?
The sprint covers the build, the script, the CRM and calendar connections, and testing before it takes a real call. We agree the go-live date at the start of the sprint rather than guessing at it here.
Who builds and runs it?
We do. We configure it on your services and prices, connect it to your CRM and calendar, keep it tuned as things change, and report on it beside your other channels. You get one number to call and one team accountable for it, not another tool to run.
What does it cost?
$1,500 to set it up, then $199–$499 a month depending on call volume. Voice AI always has both: the setup gets it built and trained on your business, and the monthly covers the platform and the call minutes it runs on. It needs both for as long as it is answering your phone. Month to month, no long-term contract.
